   Deliveries usually ex-stock.

   Anablep is one of the few internet pond providers who have manned telephones, as a    consequence of also accepting orders over the telephone it is not possible for our site to    be 100% stock managed. In the unlikely event of your order or part thereof being out of    stock we will advise you by either e-mail or telephone as soon as possible so that    alternative arrangements can be made if required. In the event of an item being out of    stock your card will not be debited. In view of our very high stock holdings this occurence    is however very rare.

   Orders BEFORE 2:30pm (Monday to Friday) are sent out on a next working day delivery    service (Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the next working day which is    Monday). We cannot accept liability for items not delivered by our couriers on time and    would recommend that you do not engage contractors etc until you are in physical    possesion of the goods. Upon receipt of your goods please ensure that they are as ordered    and suitable for your requirements if not products can be returned within 8 days of receipt    for a full refund less our original carriage costs provided we are contacted in the first    instance (we will issue a returns number and specific returns address at that stage, goods    cannot be returned without these details) and goods are returned at your expense in their    original packaging and in unused pristine condition. Goods must arrive back with us within 7    days of receipt as unwanted returns after this date can only be accepted at our discretion    and subject to a 15% handling charge. We regret for logistical reasons we are unable to    accept hand returns unless originally purchased in person from our retail outlet.

   Anablep shall not be liable for any consequential loss to the customer whether this arises    from a breach of contract or any other way. Our total liability for any claim however arising    shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied by us to the customer. We will    not be liable for any specific instructions set out in our website, catalogue or in any    documents accompanying the goods supplied. Every care has been taken to describe and    show the goods accurately. Variations may occur in both design and specification as the    manufacturers of the items improve their products. 

   Next Working day delivery to UK Mainland, If orders received before 2:30PM, MON -    FRI.

   UK Islands & the following postcodes will incur a delivery charge of £15.

   AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-63, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH4-50, PO30-41, BT, IM, ZE, JE.

   If applicable this will be added to your total and will not show in the checkout.

   Overseas deliveries at cost.

   All products subject to availability.

   Deliveries MUST be signed for and cannot be left on the property under any circumstances,    we can obviously deliver to work address' etc should you require, if the item can be left    with a neighbour should you be out then please advise us on the order form and we will    endeavour to comply with your request. Should you not be in when the courier calls and    you have not given us instructions to leave with a neighbour then the courier with leave    his contact card. Deliveries will be attempted on two occasions prior to the item being    returned to ourselves. Should this be the case then return delivery costs will be payable by    you. With this in mind it is important that you contact the number on the couriers card to    arrange re-delivery / collection as soon as received.

   Please note that when ordering online the billing address must exactly match the card    statement address. Any differences in this address may cause a delay to the processing of    your order for security purposes. When ordering it is helpful if you can quote your home    landline telephone number as well as your mobile telephone number.

   Subsequent guarantee claims. Full instructions are enclosed when the item is despatched.

   No employee of Anablep (UK) Ltd or Pondpumpsdirect is authorised to waive our terms and    conditions and by placing an order you accept our terms & conditions.

   Your statuary rights are not effected by these terms and conditions. English law shall apply    in all cases.
